Benjamin Yu is a proud veteran of the U.S. Army. He is a serial entrepreneur and also serves on the city council in Lake Forest, California. Founder of the consulting firm, OMNI Partners, his diverse experience in business and culture has propelled many businesses to grow and expand across the regions and continents. An ethnic Chinese emigrated from China, Benjamin’s journey is an inspiration and embodiment of the American Dream. He is deeply committed to serving the communities and improving the quality and finance of everyday people.

He is also on the boards of Rotary OC-LA, Bristol Bates Foundation, and Orange County Library Advisory.

Chase brings 15 years of specialized leadership, development, training, and implementation of programs for development of troops, staff, and clients up to the Executive Suite.  Chase has led many top-level Executive Searches for Fortune 100-1000 firms throughout California within Finance & Accounting, Information Technology & Engineering, Human Resources & Administration and Operations. Chase partners with his clients to understand the need behind the need to ensure a true transparent understanding of the needs of the organization. Chase is also a Value Added Associate (VAA) with TTI and has a strong coaching background with leaders and staff alike.  

Was the Recruiter of the Year while serving as a Canvassing Recruiter in the USMC, has led over 350 combat operations as a Squad Leader and Team Leader, ensuring the training, development, and mentorship of all personnel and bringing every Marine home who served under his leadership in combat.  

Chase built and trained a diverse cross functional team of industry experts and local talent to assist in filling 450+ positions for their go-live date of the Medi-Cal Rx Program. One of his biggest strengths is building strong teams that communicate, understand the mission, and work cohesively in one accord.

Missy is a VP of Business Development who believes in the power of integrity- driven relationships. She began her career serving in the United States Navy until she began her journey in sales. More than 20 years ago she took a role as an entry-level sales representative and now works pursuing, cultivating, and securing commercial relationships while identifying new markets for products and services.

Her most significant achievment to date has been the countless partnerships she has created during her career that has resulted in more than $443MM in sales. Missy Dunn lives in Spring Hill, TN with her six children and husband. During her spare time she enjoys caring for orphaned wildlife, when not in creeks with her Jeep or riding the backroads on her motorcycle.

Retired Sgt. Major - Marine Corps

Known as The Most Motivated Marine in the Marine Corps, Sergeant Major (Retired) Mario P. Fields is a dynamic personality and highly sought-after resource in business and professional circles. His passion, enthusiasm, and focus on service make him ideal for those who are looking to expand the potential and opportunities within their organizations.

Mario served for 26 years in the United States Marine Corps where he earned a reputation that reflects unquestionable integrity, resilience, accountability, and commitment to others. He celebrates February 17 as a day to honor not losing his legs or life after stepping on and near multiple Improvised Explosive Devices that failed to detonate in Afghanistan. He began his military career as the Company Honor Graduate for 2nd Recruit Training Battalion, Company G. Mario served in a variety of roles to include assignments in Marine Aviation Training Support Group (MATSG) Naval Air Station, Pensacola, FL, Marine Corps Security Force Battalion, Norfolk, VA,  Drill Instructor Duty at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, SC, Marine Corps National Capital Region Command and Education Command/Marine Corps University, 3rd Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment, 2d Marine Division,  III Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF), Wounded Warrior Regiment, Wounded Warrior Battalion – West, and more. Mario has deployed to the Persian Gulf, Mediterranean Sea, Israel, United Arab Emirates, Africa, Australia, Cambodia, Philippines, South Korea, Mainland Japan, Okinawa, Thailand, Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan. He has earned numerous awards to include the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star Medal, and three Meritorious Service Medals.

Mario is the Founder and President at Still Serving, Inc., a non-profit organization that works to provide leadership programs for today’s youth. The first initiative, the Adopt-A-School program, has reached over 800 students to date. As Co-Owner and CEO at Global Inspirational Speakers, LLC., Mario continues his legacy of inspiring others through public speaking, coaching, and publishing. Mario is currently working on his memoir which is scheduled to be published during November 2020. Through all his endeavors, Mario’s greatest accomplishment is his family. He has been married to Nicole Fields for over 25 years, and they have two adult children, Myranda and Mario II. Mario and Nicole currently reside in California and work together to continue serving and inspiring people in their community and around the world.

              Marques Ogden - Empowerment Leader / Former NFL Player 

Growing up in a single parent home with a father that inspired perseverance and fairness, Marques Ogden learned how to define his values and set goals. Ogden attended Howard University from 1998-2002 where he played Division I football. He then followed his dream and his brother Jonathan's footsteps, eventually getting drafted into the NFL in 2003. Overall, he played for 5 years as an offensive lineman with the Titans, Bills, Ravens and Jaguars. Marques loves to create value for the people he comes into contact with, to help them live their best lives both personally and professionally!

In 2003, Corey joined the Cleveland Browns as a defensive end and played two and a half seasons with the Browns. In 2004, Corey earned defensive player of the year in NFL Europe while playing for the Frankfurt Galaxy. In the Fall of 2005, Corey signed a two-year deal with the Denver Broncos. Corey is an entrepreneur at heart. While playing in the NFL, Corey, along with a partner, started areal estate company that they exited after several years. As well, Corey began speaking professionally while playing in the NFL. In 2016, he published his first book, Think Different. BeDifferent. Live Different., and he started a recruiting company called Qwerkz. His company connects former professional athletes with new career opportunities. Jonathan Silk - Veteran Advocate

Jonathan Silk serves as Veteran Liaison Officer to help the organization understand how to leverage the talents of their Veteran workforce population.  He is the founder of Bridge 3, LLC and is an experienced leader and organizational leadership coach with a proven record of leading and developing others to perform at higher levels and improve their overall effectiveness. He has a passion for learning and developing others to improve as leaders, and has expertise in team dynamics, leadership coaching, design thinking, organizational leadership and development, learning technology, and corporate training.

 Jonathan brings lessons from experiences serving as the Executive Director of Leader Development at the University of North Texas Health Science Center (UNTHSC) where he oversaw the leadership development and design thinking programs for faculty, staff, and students to prepare members of the UNTHSC team to lead effectively in higher education and collaborative healthcare team environments. He has experience leading in U.S. Army Infantry, Cavalry, and Armor units in a wide range of assignments, to include leading soldiers in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Korea. As a U.S. Army officer, he established a record of high performance in complex, volatile, and dynamic environments. He is a decorated veteran, awarded the Bronze Star with "V" for Valor and Purple Heart, and a recipient of the General Douglas MacArthur Leadership Award. Jonathan served as a faculty member in the Center for the Advancement of Leader Development and Organizational Learning at the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY before transitioning from the Army in 2015.
